We are so in love with Disney's Tangled movie! First I made this Rapunzel Art Collection
thinking of my little cousin Adriana, who love art too and look so much
alike Rapunzel. Then, when I was planning my daughter's birthday I thought that this collection was perfect for her too! She love Rapunzel and also the fact that she was
painting all the time (just like her). Combining her passion for
coloring and her love with the movie we come along with this. We loved
the result and the kids had a lot of artistic fun!
For the favors, we made homemade playdough! It was easy to make and turn
to be the best playdough ever! Making it have become a new family fun
activity, which is better than making cupcakes, because has no calories!
(haha). We also give painter bucket favor containers (from Oriental Trading) filled with stickers, crayons and coloring book.
The party hats were bought plain purple and decorate them with a circle of the collection and a yellow braid made with yarn (my daughter help me to make this too and was very excited about it). The cake tower was made inspired in a Disney website idea, made by Bakerella, but with some small variations. The paint brush krispy treats was also super fun to make and they were delicious. We saw the idea in Pinterest and later we found out that is from Kim of The celebration shoppe . It was a great addition to our art party table. Also were the oreo's pops and the beautiful and delicious cupcakes made by my incredible mother in law, who also made the delicious cake underneath the tower.
My daughter look like a beautiful princess thanks to her tutu (by Unik baby), her beautiful hair accessory (by Prendas by Enid) and her customized leotard and corset. Thanks so much to my good friend Vanessa for making the last two!
Disfruten las fotos!
Special thanks to my mother and father in law for helping making
everything possible, to my beloved sister, Marita, for been a great
helper, to my aunt, uncle and friend Angie for helping me with some last
touches, to my father for capturing all beautifully and of course to my husband who always back me up.
Enjoy the photos!
